We wish to thank those volunteer former soldiers donating their skills, time, love, and labor to keep local kids safe by helping install small ballistic storm shelter safe rooms in classrooms and throughout schools.

Through this special program local Former Soldier Volunteers will donate their skills, time, love, and labor to help the school’s own Maintenance Staff do the final assembly & installation of the lifesaving shelters in the schools right in their own community, truly making them highly respected and appreciated Heroes again right there at home as they serve “One More Mission” to help protect the kids in the local schools with lifesaving safe room shelters.

We are going to make this whole process a celebration of the wonderful achievement of bullet proof storm shelter safe rooms being installed throughout the local schools, and a celebration of the fact that these shelters provide every student and staff member access to lifesaving safety within 30 seconds. It will also be a celebration to all of those who have served in the military to protect us all, and to the volunteer Former Soldiers who are again helping, serving, and protecting the kids & staff they love right there in the local schools nearby where those Former Soldier Heroes live.

Permanent bronze plaques will be placed on every safe room shelter with the names of each of the local Former Soldiers who help install the shelters, so that current and future generations of kids will know who to thank and appreciate for the lifesaving shelters that can help keep them safe during crisis events.
